FAQs

What is the process for Boarding or Doggy Daycare?
We start with having you bring your dog to our home for an introductory meet & greet with our dogs. This helps us to make sure your dog will be comfortable in our environment and that we don’t see any behavioral concerns. If we have any concerns after the meet & greet, we may ask that your dog stay with us for a trial period before any long-term stays. We cannot accept dogs who show aggression towards other dogs.
How far in advance can I book?
Feel free to book as far in advance as you need to! We will block off your requested dates. Your reservation will show as pending until we confirm within 1 – 2 months before the drop off date.
What kind of environment would my dog be staying in?
All dogs in the boarding and daycare programs roam free around a home environment. We also offer one on one socialization for our dogs who may prefer to play alone. This is a great option for Senior dogs especially who may not want to play with young puppies. When we leave the home or are asleep, the dogs will be in a crate with camera monitoring and music playing.
Where is the training?
Board & Train is in our home. Turnover training is held either in our home, your home, or the Main Base. Regular training (except our online training courses) are held in your home.
Does my dog have to be vaccinated?
Yes! All dogs must complete their 2nd round of DAPP (combination) vaccination for in-home training. Dogs must additionally have Rabies vaccination for all group training programs.
Is there a transportation fee for home visits?
No. However – if you are located a great distance from our home, we may charge a transportation fee for in-home training. This will always be discussed with you prior to starting any training program.
